Studio 2 is an intimate space ideal for small creative groups, equipped with state-of-the-art Stereo and Dolby Atmos® capabilities, PMC monitoring, vintage gear, and a large iso booth suitable for drums or multiple vocalists.

Studio 3 is Republic's premier studio, meticulously designed in collaboration with Dolby to be one of the world's most advanced immersive mixing environments for unparalleled Dolby Atmos® music, film, and television audio.

The main floor extends into a multi-use private lounge fit for panels, presentations, listenings, screenings, meetings, and more. The room has been designed for best-in-class audio/visual experiences and comfort with a seated capacity of 70 and standing capacity of 100.
